Our story
Built from the operator's side of the counter.
We started RetailSense after years of watching beautiful build-outs fail the people who had to run them. Stockrooms in the wrong place. Checkouts that backed up at peak. Fixtures that needed three staff members to re-merchandise. Cost overruns that ate the first six months of margin.
Every one of those problems was preventable — if the people designing and building the store had ever opened or closed one themselves. So we built a contractor that does both.
Today RetailSense delivers tenant improvement projects for franchisees, independent operators, and emerging concepts across the country. We are deliberately small, deliberately senior, and deliberately operator-minded.
